I'm sure a few people are curious. It's the hot topic around the water cooler in my world. Doyle will be leaving us Sep 19th, 2008 to sing in the country band Iron Horse. We are holding bass auditions this sunday and have gotten some pretty good responses. I'll be sure and let everyone know, when I know, who our next victim, I mean bass player is. Stumpy Joe??? I really couldn't think of a better way to send us off on vacation then last night at the Press. So cool to see friends and family out in the crowd made for a memorable ShadowStone debut. We'll see you after the 4th weekend sometime or some of you I'll see at K.U.R.T or Jerk Jam sooner than that. Thanks for the awesome party last night!!!!!!!

So farewell my friend I missed your funeral but I couldn't see your pain until you told me at your last Jerk Jam like it was yesterday well to me out of all the times, shows which include but are not limited to live, and or live radio ect. I'm just gonna go ahead and say this. It was a pleasure to have known you and its hard to say goodbye. The music community in many ways has lost a brother and a friend, and to know Earl. I love the imagery of Earl walking through the gates of valhalla as trumpets are sounding and Frank Zappa comes walking out of the cloud from the opening gates to usher him in.
